At StillWest we elevate the Western experience—with open-air, mountainside dining on our patio that overlooks Snow King Mountain and brewhouse-facing bar that’s the focal point of our restaurant.
We serve artfully crafted beers to menus made from scratch and sourced from local purveyors, seasonal, inspired cocktails, top-notch wine and spirits and a warm welcome like you’re a guest in our home.

While the Tetons have long been a second home for StillWest founder Chaney Landers, she moved to the area full-time in 2017 to begin working on her vision for StillWest. She worked to build a magnificent restaurant & brewery from the ground up, complete with stunning views of Snow King Mountain from a wall full of floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
Executive Chef Germán Hernández heads up the kitchen. Bar Managers Bailey Mileham and Landers Scott have put together a world-class beverage program, complete with seasonal cocktails and an unbelievably well-curated wine cellar. Mike Agricola is our head brewer, and his years in the local beer industry give him a loyal following amongst the Jackson locals.
Where We Are
The ground floor of our building has a dog-friendly StillWest Tap Room where you can drink a pint and grab a small bite, or buy 32 ounce aluminum crowlers of StillWest beer to-go. Head upstairs to our main restaurant to eat and drink at StillWest. Across the street is the base of Snow King Mountain. Snow King is a hub for in-town skiing in the winter, has oodles of outdoor activities in the summer, and you can take scenic gondola rides with incredible 360° views all year long.
